Processing time
Under normal circumstances we aim to send all orders within two working days of receiving payment. Please allow additional time for items on backorder.
Remember, we are not open on Tuesdays.
Australian Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed prior to proceeding with payment.
Australian orders
Orders are sent via Australia Post and are usually received within 2-5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent after an order has been posted. This email will also contain an Australia Post tracking number.
Local Pickup
Live locally or know someone who does and can collect the order on your behalf? Enjoy free local pickup. We will send a confirmation email when an order is ready to collect.
International orders
Freight is calculated after checkout, once exact weights and measures can be calculated. An invoice will then be raised for the final freight cost. Items will be sent as soon as funds have been received and the order is complete.
